Closed loop with Bioform®
- 1) Paper fibres, other natural components and additives are mixed together.
- 2) In the compounding process, the fibre mass is processed into strands under heat.
- 3) The extruded strands are then ground into fine granules.
- 4) The finished granules are fed into an injection moulding machine where they are compressed under heat and pressure into finished products.
- 5) The products can be 100% recycled in a closed loop.
Products can be placed in the soil where they decompose naturally.
If waste accidentally ends up in nature, this is not a burden – the parts decompose naturally into compost.
