- PurePaper® is a technology invented by Pulp-Tec
- Paper is converted on standard injection moulding machines to finished goods
- This is tailor-made at Pulp-Tec Compound to replace plastic products
- From paper fibers, starch and chalc we extrude the PurePaper® compounds, which are produced as pellets
- Following compounding, we further process the pellets into final products by injection molding according to the customer needs
Advantages of PurePaper®
Ecological benefits
- 100% renewable raw materials
- 100 % free from plastic
- 100 % recyclable in waste paper
Economical benefits
- zero plastic tax
- high stability
- versatile shaping possible
Circular Economy with PurePaper®
PurePaper ® naturally degrades in the nature
Closed loop
- 1) Paper fibres, other natural components and additives are mixed together.
- 2) In the compounding process, the fibre mass is processed into strands under heat.
- 3) The extruded strands are then ground into fine granules.
- 4) The finished granules are fed into an injection moulding machine where they are compressed under heat and pressure into finished products.
- 5) The products can be 100% recycled in the waste paper bin in a closed loop or decompose naturally in the soil.
